Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so or not showing up will result in the prepaid service being considered completed.

At UNIQUE Body Contouring & Aesthetics, we do not offer refunds for purchases of products or services. However, in compliance with our policy, unopened and unused products may be eligible for an exchange within 7 calendar days from the original date of purchase, including weekends. Any unused credits from service packages can be utilized towards a different service package or product, as long as the service has not been initiated. However, once a service has commenced, the credit cannot be transferred or used in exchange for other items or services. Please keep this in mind when considering the utilization of service package credits. Please note that service packages are non-transferable to third parties. For gift options, we provide gift cards that can be purchased. By proceeding with a transaction, you indicate your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
